Christopher Shevlin

Chris has been helping companies to get better results from their writing since 2000, running workshops, conducting individual coaching and providing advice. He also writes for companies, and has worked with many of our biggest clients, including HSBC and SABMiller.

In the course of working with companies such as RBS and National Grid, Chris has developed simple, practical training techniques that can help people to improve their writing quickly. The techniques – including Who Do Know™, Ticks and Squiggles™ and Four-Question Feedback™ – encourage people to see writing as a process, focus on helping their readers, and improve by getting feedback. These techniques are now being taught, under licence, by Mary Gober International, the customer-service training company.

Chris lives in East London and enjoys comedy and cycling.
