Does your organisation need help telling its story?
We help our clients to be the best possible advocates for their organisation, whether that’s in media interviews or in writing. We help you make a connection with your audience, build trust and tell your side of the story.
The company was founded in 2003 by Robert Taylor, a professional writer and media training specialist. He works with clients including the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office, BT and the Olympic Delivery Authority. His training helps spokespeople to speak with confidence, authority and effect in TV and radio interviews, press conferences and more.
Robert also works with writing training specialist Christopher Shevlin, teaching communicators to sound real and honest, while conveying the organisation’s brand and achieving its aims. The training has helped National Grid both in the UK and US, and the unique techniques have been licensed by the customer-service training company Mary Gober International.
As well as training, we write and edit for our clients. Our lead writer is the experienced journalist Richard Cheeseman, whose work has included writing and editing the World Health Organization’s report, “Born Too Soon”, with a foreword drafted for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. The report achieved global media coverage.
Whatever we do, our work is all about helping you to make a connection and tell your story.
